Quick answers about syncing Fitbit to Apple Health, historical import, Apple Fitness rings, and safety.

Get SyncFit on the App Store

Can Fitbit sync with Apple Health?

Not directly. Fitbit does not connect natively to Apple Health. A bridge app like SyncFit is typically used to copy Fitbit data into Apple Health.

Does Apple Fitness (rings) work with Fitbit?

Generally no. Apple Fitness rings are primarily driven by Apple Watch and Apple Fitness rules. Fitbit data synced into Apple Health usually does not close rings.

Can I import old Fitbit history into Apple Health?

Yes. SyncFit supports importing historical Fitbit data so older records can appear inside Apple Health.

Is SyncFit safe?
